The EDI contacts dashboard is a great resource for customers to store all of their contacts in one centralized place. It is up to the customer to manage and keep contacts up to date for their own reference.

  • The table matches the best contact for the specific document type in question

Best Practices

  • This dashboard is managed by the customer, not Encompass. This table may not be up to date but we encourage customers to maintain it.

  • When assisting customers, a good dashboard to reference on the support site is EDI Third Party Contacts. This table is managed and maintained by the EDI team, and is under constant revision.
