Steps
How to Access Different Slotting Tools
1. Using Universal Search, navigate to the Warehouse Home dashboard
2. Select the Product Slotting Tool
3. Choose the preferred Slotting Tool
How to Use the Re-Slotting Products Tool
1. Select Sales Start Date & Sales End Date - The date range used to apply Sales Ranking on selected products
2. Select a Bin Zone and other optional field filters according to preference
3. Click Next
4. Enter Product Priority -Use the text fields to assign Products (based on their Sales Ranking) to Product Priorities
5. Click Next
6. Adjust Product / Bin Filter -Ideally, Product Priority should match Bin Priority
7. Click to select the products you potentially want to move
Click Selected Products
-Click the X mark to remove a product if needed (optional)
-Click Next when the product(s) selection is complete
-Choose a Bin:
SELECTED- Bins that the selected Products currently reside in or can be assigned to
EMPTY- Empty Bins within the selected Bin Zones
SEARCH- Find a Bin manually
NOTE: The chosen bin will have an icon beside it.
8. Click the X mark beside the chosen bin if you want to remove the selected bin
9. Click Next
10. Choose Assign Move Task To
11. Click Create Slotting Task
12. Click View Slotting Tasks
How to Use Un-Slotted Products tool
1. Select Sales Start Date & Sales End Date
2. Choose Backstock Bin Zones
3. Choose Pick Bin Zones and enter additional optional field filters according to preference.
4. Click Next
5. Choose a Bin
6. Click the X to remove a selected bin
7. Click Next
8. Choose Assign Move Task To
9. Click Create Slotting Task
10. Click View Slotting Tasks to see the details
How to Use New or Seasonal Product Tools
1. Select Sales Start Date & Sales End Date
2. Select Purchase Start Date & Purchase End Date and enter additional optional field filters according to preference
3. Click to select the Products you would like to perform Product Slotting on
4. Click Next
5. Choose a Bin

Product Slotting Tools
Re-Slotting Products-Review Product’s bin inventory depletion, based on desired sales date
Un-Slotted Products-Displays a list of existing products without pick locations, based on desired sales date
New & Seasonal Product-Displays a list of New or Seasonal Products based on the desired purchase date
Best Practices
Best practice is to select a Pick Bin Zone to perform re-slotting on, but if no option for Pick Bin Zone, better to select all option (Refer to ‘How to Use Re-slotting Product tools’ step 1.a)
