How to view hardware invoices from support

1. Using Universal Search, navigate to the Support Home with Online Help dashboard 2. Click the Go to Support link and enter your Support login credentials NOTE: Your Support login is different than your own site's login. Resetting credentials here does not reset the login credentials for your own site

3. Click Support on the menu and select the Support Dashboard 4. Click on Task - Table View 5. Arrow into a Task to view the Task Details for your hardware order. If you don't see the Task, search for it using Task ID or Task Title

6. Scroll through the task details to find the link to your Invoice for that Hardware Order

Distributor steps for finding a hardware order invoice on the Encompass Support site: log in with your separate Support credentials and open the hardware order task. Requires v22.01+.
