Set Statement Group on AR Account

How to assign a Statement Group to an AR Account in Encompass so the account receives that group's customer statements. Requires an existing Statement Group.

Pre-Conditions

  • Statement Groups records must be created in order to set on an AR Account

Steps

How to Set Statement Group on AR Account

1. Using Universal Search, navigate to the AR Account table
​
2. Click the AR Account field and filter the AR account you want to modify then click GO
​
​3. Click the Edit button
​
4. Choose the statement group then click Save Changes
​
