How to understand the EDI billing dashboard
The EDI Billing Dashboard is a great resource for customers to see the Tiered Pricing Model.
Clicking the Cobalt Connect trading partner will pop up a box full of the invoices/documents that were sent via EDI. 12 documents, times $0.48 will show a cost of $5.76.
On the right, each document type is charged by a specific document fee. If customers are looking to see how much 1 file trading through a Direct EDI setup costs, you can show them it is $0.48 per file.
On the left, the current number of files that are being traded with the trading partner will appear, showing Billing Type/Trading Partner, Document Count, and next to it - the Estimated Bill. The exact exchange map that the file will go through will appear in the Exchange Map column. Finally, the date that Encompass expects payment for our EDI file services is under "Billing Date".
The columns on the right are reflective of the columns on the left.
View this quarter's billing statement as well as last quarter's, with the small drop down menu that appears on the left hand side.
