Minimum Version Required: 23.01

Pre-Conditions

  • A SuppliersVendors record must be set up with a valid distributor number (provided by SRS), and SupplierDataAccess=Allow

  • All BrandFamilies with Products that are expected to report must have a SupplierReportCode.

Steps

1. SRS data is automatically sent multiple times a day.

  • Previous-day sales are sent 4 times a day.

  • Last month to current sales are sent every night.

  • The last 14 days of Inventory is sent every night.

2. All manual SRS re-sending activities are controlled by the SRS team.

3. Distributors do not need to take any action to re-send SRS data, the SRS team can do this themselves

4. The process for the SRS team is:

  1. An SRS team member runs a sales or inventory report in dsdlink to compare the data in Encompass vs the data in SRS.

  2. An SRS team member can issue their own resend of data to correct missing data or incorrect data on their end.

  3. If something needs to be changed in the distributor site before resending data, or if a new setup is requested, a member of the SRS team will reach out to the distributor with instructions.

  4. SRS will resend historical data the following day if they need it.

NOTE: If the supplier has not yet been created, the SRS team is notified and the ticket is resolved.
